“A new program will start this September that could be a gamechanger to help young people in the south end and Waterloo Village area get an education and break the cycle of poverty.

Pathways to Education, an award winning program, is getting together with the Teen Resource Centre to provide young people from that part of the city, starting in grade 9, with one on one support which includes removing financial barriers, personalised mentoring and weekly tutoring.”
