Pathways to Education is proud to announce the release of Impact by Design, our new strategic plan for 2025–2028. This plan builds on nearly 25 years of proven impact. It outlines how we will continue to support youth in low-income communities across Canada as they overcome barriers, graduate from high school, and pursue rewarding futures.
At the heart of this plan is our commitment to deepening and strengthening our impact in the communities we serve. Grounded in evidence and co-created with youth, alumni, Program Partners, and community stakeholders, it sets a clear path for responsive, relevant, and effective support. Key focus areas include:

With over 9,600 students supported annually across 31 communities, and a proven social return of $24 for every dollar invested, Pathways to Education continues to demonstrate that community-driven support works. This strategic plan positions us to thrive in a changing world, driving meaningful impact today while laying the foundation for the next 25 years.
