    The Community Food Fund marks 15 years of partnership between Pathways and local farmers in Kingston

    The Pathways Program in Kingston (Kingston Community Health Centres) has brought back its Community Food Fund to support families in need by working with local farmers to provide fresh, nutritious food. This year, the program will include a new food education component designed to teach students how food is grown and empower them to make informed, healthy, and sustainable choices.
