Research and Evaluation at Pathways Canada
One of our core values is Excellence is Achieved Through Evidence. We generate evidence on the program’s effectiveness to inform continuous learning, and to showcase the impact of your support. We do this by defining and measuring program success through metrics that include but are not limited to graduation rates and transition to post-secondary education, collecting and analyzing this data, and translating this data into insights to demonstrate the program’s impact on students and communities across the country.
Our partnerships are key to this work—we collaborate closely with program partners and school boards to capture relevant data, build context-specific insights, and inform decision-making.
