"Education is the great leveler, but simply being able to walk through a high school's doors is not enough. Most kids are fortunate enough to have the parental, social and financial supports needed to excel at school.

Pathways to Education works with thousands of youth whose economic reality can include a single parent who has to work two or more jobs. Parents themselves may not have graduated or are immigrants lacking the language skills and confidence to engage with their children's teachers."
